The Managing Director of Hedengren Security AS has changed. Lasse Knutsen, who previously served as the Sales Director of Hedengren Norway, has been appointed as the new Managing Director. Steinar Ødenes will take on new role within the Group and will also continue as a board member in the boards of Hedengren in Norway and Sweden.
Lasse Knutsen has led the sales, project, and tendering operations of Hedengren Norway since 2021. He joined the company from a different industry bringing with him strong expertise in sales, processes, and people management. Knutsen has been part of the management team building the Nordic operating model for Hedengren Security. He has also been working on a new strategy for the Hedengren Group. The strategy will be finalized soon, and Knutsen will be able to start implementing the new strategy right from the start.

Steinar Ødenes will take on the role of leading the development and growth of Hedengren Security's international business in new markets.
